Alone Within Whitelake

Whitelake is a giant frozen lake where people live on ships and boats that have been harbored there for a long, long time. You can navigate the lake via long piers built over the ice, if you do not wish to take your chances walking directly on the ice. 

Setting up a tent on the ice and camping is permitted, but very unwise given the circumstances. Starting a camping fire on the ice is strictly forbidden.
